Squisito produce a unique range of over 150 handmade Italian sausages from Tuscan to Napoli and Luganega to N'duja plus over 100 specialities from around the world from South African Boerevors to Mexican Chorizo, Northamptonshire Beer & Rosemary to Worcester Apple & Perry. All of our sausages are produced from family recipes using Italian cuts and methods so they contain absolutely no additives, no artificial preservatives, no water and no gluten – "No Hooves & Eyelashes" as we say!
What you will find in Squisito sausages is good meat - at least 89% -
meat and usually 5% wine or spirits from the area our recipe originates
which help work as natural preservatives and flavouring in the Italian
sense of the word. Our ingredients including skins are 100% natural
Everything is homemade so we butcher, mince, stuff and use our own

All Squisito sausages are made fresh to order and usually made on the morning of despatch or Farmers Market.
Our sausages range from £10.99/kg for 'regular' pork sausages to £12.99/kg for lamb Merquez Algerie. If you do the maths for meat content compared to 'Finest' sausages, a real Italian sausage is goood value since you only need 1 sausage or less per person in a ragu or risotto and less for a pizza. But the best bit is that what Squisito call 'meat' really is meat and it tastes buono. See our Squisito recipe book for just some of the things you can do with our sausages.
